I’ve been using Adsense to fund lots of my own adventures and travels and I personally LOVE it. I’ve always felt it’s a smart move for newbies and anyone thinking about starting an online business to begin with, after they have a simple blog or website up.

Having said that, what if you could take the ‘concept’ of Adsense a step further? What if you were to push the boundaries if you will, in the quest to get those clicks earning you more?

In other words, what if we were to take the same idea but to use it with ClickBank products? Now, I realize that this MAY not be as effective because your site or blog reader may not want to fork out the dollars for a ClickBank product at this time…

BUT it’s got to be at least worth a try, don’t you think?

Let’s crunch some numbers first…

Imagine if you could take the average ClickBank product at say $47 with the average commission 55%, this is still $25.85 commission from one click . Now compare this to what you would earn from AdSense revenue in one day from 100 clicks (if you get that many). Yes you got it, $10 - $10 from 100 clicks, this is nothing compared to the automated revenue you could earn from your blog or website with CB Ad Rotator .

You’ve noticed, and watched attentively, I’m sure, as videos have become essential tools of entertainment, as well as, of course, over-delivering an abundance of fantastic information.

Whether that’s ‘how to’ videos on YouTube, or ‘new ways to take digital photos‘ videos, or just some hilarious footage that needs to be aired, it’s almost pointless to be online and not be using some sort of video marketing!

However here’s where the video marketeers get a taste of their first nagging nappy-headed challenge. The video’s all done and online, but the traffic (visitors) are trickling in like a dried up waterfall in the heart of summer’s hottest day.

And for those of you with your ear on the ground in YouTube, you’ve probably heard a pounding question being thrown around by marketeers who are on the verge of a mild frustration. How to write an article if you don’t have a clue how to go about it? Are resale rights products the answer?

Let’s go and find out…

Firstly we need to understand what Private Label Right (PLR) products are. (PLR is also known as Resale Rights Products).

In a nutshell, Private Label Rights products are YOURS to own, edit, sell, resell, grant resale rights to and more. Basically you BECOME the author of the product without writing or creating a thing.

So it does not take a genius to realise the value of these products… You can use PLR as your own and sign your OWN name as the creator. In other words, you can have a business in a box (think affiliate income) within minutes, with all your own back links and up sells without writing a single word.

When you have your own PLR products you can:

1. Sell them on their own mini site - Use the PLR material to create your own mini website and sell your products from there.

2. Add them to bigger packages - Take 3 or 4 related PLR products and add them to a larger package. This is turn will allow you to sell your package for a much higher price.

3. Convert them to CD or DVD and sell them on auction websites - Place your PLR on a CD with your website links and affiliate links inside and not only create an income from selling your created items on auction websites, also make a massive residual income from the other sources of income.

So by the way, if you’ve been wondering how to write an article, now YOU know that one answer lies with private label rights…

Yes, it's true. I landed a brand new blog in the #5 spot in Google for a two-keyword phrase in 14 days. How'd I do it? It's simple: I chose the right domain name.

Did you know that Google gives special ranking bonuses to certain kinds of domain names? It does, and a significant bonus at that. Choosing a domain name that exactly matches the keywords you want to rank for will give your site a great head-start in the rankings. It's not a requirement for ranking well, but it does help a good bit.

In the case of the blog that I ranked #5, I purchased the domain name DietersBlog.net. I then posted 10 unique articles to the blog that I hired a ghostwriter to create for me. I didn't get any links, or do any promotion of the site at all (I'll be honest–I got distracted with some other work I was doing).

Two weeks later I checked the stats for the blog. I was happy to see that I was already getting traffic from Google, specifically for the phrase "dieter's blog." I ran the query through Google and, sure enough, my blog was ranked #5. This was in spite of the fact that there are 2.4 million competing web pages in Google's index for the phrase, and despite the fact that the other pages ranking in the top 10 had a few links into them (You do know that Google favors links above all else, right?).

I checked again today, and it's now at #7, but I also found that the blog ranks #3 for "dieters blog" (without the apostrophe). That emphasizes a side point: Google differentiates between keywords with apostrophes (possessive terms) and those just ending in s (plural terms).

So the next time you sit down to create a new site, be careful to do your keyword research before you purchase your domain name. Also, keep in mind that the "Exact Match Bonus" applies more to .com, .net and .org domain names. Avoid .info and the other less known top-level domains.

An exact-match domain name is only the first step, though. Once you have that domain name in place, you have to back it up with links to your site. "Dieter's Blog", while certainly a phrase worth ranking for, is not highly competitive, so I was able to get the ranking just on the strength of the domain name and the site's content. However, for keywords that bring a lot of traffic, you need a lot of links.

Have you been searching high and low for the perfect WordPress templates?

Believe me, it’s NOT that easy… Actually it IS easy to find good WordPress templates, but to find the one that is right for YOU in all ways is a huge time challenge.

That’s because there’s so many great looking templates out there. You just need to go to www.themes.wordpress.net to see that’s there’s zillions of 1-4 column WordPress themes available for you to choose from.

How to choose which one is right for you?

Well, you need to think it through and ask yourself if you want to keep things simple (1 column), or do you need the space for 2 or more columns? (The column is really just the sidebar. For example, this blog has two columns, small on the left side, and wide on the right).

Let’s look at some examples to show you how this works.

This terrific Internet marketing blog from Martin Avis uses a simple one column WordPress theme. For this blog, simplicity works well. The content is rich in value, and easy to read. (You can become so absorbed in the content that you hardly get time to look at the sidebar anyway!)

So, in this case, content is king and the simple approach works very well. However you might want to add more advertising, such as Google Adsense, or other methods, to monetize, and give your viewer more choices to explore when they click away from your blog.

Another thing to do is just to look at other blogs in your niche… If you discover a blog theme that you like, you should be able to tell in the footer (down at the bottom of the theme) whether the blogger is using WordPress or not.

If it’s a WordPress theme then more often than not there’ll be a link to the theme designer. Follow the link, download the file, and get your new WordPress blog happening.

Normally WordPress themes are free, but sometimes it’s worth buying a theme. A great example of this is the revolution theme from Brian Gardener. These themes ooze professionalism. They’re made to work, totally customizable, and they’ll make your blog beautiful.

How An Online Member Only Forum Helped Me Grow My Internet Marketing Business

Compared to some players, my own ‘online internet marketing success’ is small, no, tiny. I’m just a remote speck of distant sand in the giant sandpit of life. But, actually, there are some things I’ve learnt that may help you.

One thing I’ve noticed about Internet marketing is that sometimes we forget just how far evolved we’ve come. If you’re anything at all like me you may be so ‘into’ what you do that the actual ‘act of doing’ overwhelms all other things.

In fact… you actually may not be really aware of how successful you have become!

(Until you start noticing other people treating you differently online and wanting your opinion - or help, on certain matters!)

Of course success is ultimately what you make it out to be. It’s your call, and your own ‘personal goals achieved’ will equal what success means to you.

But as we head towards our own success story, one thing in particular stands out for its importance. This is the power of networking, or using a mentor, (or mentors). You see, when you’re starting out, you always have lots of questions. It’s natural that you’ll have questions, especially when you’re starting, or working on, new online (internet marketing) projects.

And as far as I know, there exists no complete, all in one blueprint, that can answer your own unique, individual questions. It’s just that everyone has their own way of doing things. We all have a different approach.

And if you’re working with Internet or affiliate marketing, very often it’s just you and your computer, and some late nights trying to work some very frustrating stuff out! Sure, there are people who can help you, but more often than not, they’re not the people around you!

This is where the beauty of mentors comes in. This can also be in the form of a members only forum where you get to know the other members, and can really trust and rely on their judgement and suggestions.

Yes, such forums can be quite costly. This is because they provide such great value… you get a level of guidance that is usually from people who have achieved their own levels of excellence and have a clearer idea of the big picture. In other words, they usually know what you need to do next!

As a current member of The Internet Marketing Inner Circle (TIMIC), (http://InnerCircleMemberMartinHurley.com) I’m finding the level of support, ‘inside knowledge’ and wise guidance is having a powerful effect on my own internet marketing lifestyle.

How To Guarantee Your Product’s
Success Before Your Even Start!

Today, I’d like to teach you an easy method of researching
a product or project idea BEFORE you invest a lot of time
and other resources in it.

Over the past 11 years I’ve been shown over 100 products
that “seemed like a great idea,” but when they were offered
to the market, the customers weren’t interested. In a few
cases the “marketing” was just bad, but in more cases, the
product was simply something that the market didn’t want.

There are, of course, more research tools available than
you could ever learn to use. So, today, I’m actually going
to focus your attention on just two… and they’ll both
be free.

First, I’d like to introduce you to Google Alerts! You’ll
find this handy, free service offered by Google.com at:

Note that Google does own the trademarks to all of the terms
mentioned in this article that uses their name.

Google Alerts allow you to subscribe to free notifications
of when Google discovers new occurrences of a target phrase
anywhere on the Internet. You can specify what types of
databases Google provides you with updates from. As you’ll
see when visiting the site, it’s fairly self-explanatory.

I have dozens of these set up. I have it set up so that…
once a day, I get an email summary of new alerts for:

- Target keyword phrases
- Target URLs
- Target product titles
- Discussion forums on a topic
- My name and my company name
- My key competitors
- Unique phrases that I created for various purpose

… You get the idea.

The second free tool that I use is online forums specific
to my topic of interest. These are forums where people
discuss your topic or niche. There are hundreds of
thousands of them scattered across the Internet, and you
CAN find one on almost any topic.

When that brilliant product idea comes to you, the first thing
that you want to ask is, “Is this something that the market
really wants?”

You also want to know, “Is this something that already exists,
and if it does, can I still market something similar?”

The final question you want to answer if you’re contemplating
getting rich with your idea is, “Is this something that the
market is willing to pay for?”

The first objection many people will offer when reading this
article is that they don’t know where to find discussion
forums in their niche. To them, I say… “Google Alerts!”

Simply set up some alerts for phrases that include the terms:

- “online forums” + your keywords
- “discussion boards” + your keywords
- “forum” + your keywords
- “online community” + your keywords

In a day or two, Google will be so kind as to start EMAILING
YOU links to some of these forums. What could be easier.
Just go over, register for the forums if required, and then
listen to the discussion.

You’re listening to see if your product idea will solve a
problem that this group of people PAINFULLY want to solve.

You’re listening to see if there is a glaringly obvious
problem, other than the one you were already thinking about,
that you can offer the perfect solution to.

If you don’t see discussion that answers your question, then
consider posting the question. Explain that you are doing
research for a possible product. Perhaps even ask them to
visit your site and take a survey.

A living example of how I recently did this AND the
resulting product follows. Study my example, and you’ll
see that you really can confirm that your product is badly
wanted by the marketplace before you write the first word
of an ebook, or the first line of code for a program.

I’ll give you an example from Internet marketing since that
is the niche that many readers of this article will be from.

I began by visiting the very popular Internet Marketing
Warriors discussion forum. I had an idea that the market
was growing tired of products that promised a fortune
overnight but that offered techniques many people found
daunting.

I suspected that many people in the “Internet marketing
niche” were having very little success, and would be
completely ecstatic if they could earn even $100 per day.

So I posted the rhetorical question, “Would You Be ‘Happy’

and over 170 responses. The responses overwhelmingly confirmed
my suspicions. It confirmed that most people would not
only be thrilled with $100 per day ($3000 per month) but
that they were anxious for instructions on HOW to
accomplish this seemingly-daunting task.

I mention the strong emotion because if you understand
sales, you know that people buy on emotion, and then
justify with logic. So, you do need to provide a solution
to a problem that people really REALIZE that they have on
a deep emotional level… if you want a best-seller.

After verifying that people wanted this product, and
even letting them tell me what the product should feel
like, I then felt confident in creating and marketing
such a product. I knew beyond any doubt that if I offered
this product in the right way, that it WOULD sell.

I have used the technique above in numerous niches. I’m
currently working on a similar “exercise” in the very
competitive cooking niche. I’m doing it by addressing
one of the biggest challenges faced by marketers in that
niche. More on that in another article though.

After I had verified the demand for the product in my
example above… the product on “How To Make $100 Per
Day Online”… I then had to determine the best method
for creating this product.

Realizing that there are literally dozens of easy,
viable methods of earning that amount, working just one
or two hour per day, I also realized that writing
something based upon just my own experiences would be
too limiting. I AM involved in a lot of online niches,
and do far more things than I probably should be doing.

However, to get a wider variety of experiences, I turned
to the best “brain-pool” that I could think of. I went

I posted the suggestion on our private forum that this
was an idea with proven demand, and suggested that we
write this ebook as a group.

Instantly, I had lots of people who were actually
earning that much, or more, coming forward and offering
to do a chapter. Others, who didn’t feel qualified to
write a chapter, offered to do things such as
proofreading, or helping with graphics or programming.

The community at The Internet Marketing Inner Circle
WROTE the ebook, producing what many are already
calling “The Internet Marketing Product Of The Year!”
One even called it, “The Internet Marketing Product
Of The Decade.” That may be a stretch, but it clearly
filled a very real need. It solved a glaring problem.

I’ll close by revealing one other BIG secret. One of
several reasons why I was willing to suggest my idea
as a group project was that I knew that having more
people involved would create a sense of ownership. I
knew that getting more people involved in creating the
product all but eliminated any risk in creating the product.

We could even say that the thread on the Warrior Forum
reduced the risk by 95%. By saying on the forum that they
would be happy with $100 per day, and that they were
looking for a plan to accomplish this, created a deep
psychological connection between those posters, and the
success of the project. Since the product filled a need
that they publicly stated that they wanted SOLVED,
they would be inconsistent if they didn’t accept the
solution when offered.

I don’t need to pack too many lessons into this article.
I think that I have demonstrated, with a living example,
that you can guarantee the success of your product before
you even start! Now you just need to do it!
